Are there any other payment methods?
0.1 BTC are around 270$ (true for Aug 3rd) + I don't own BTC and the commissions are crazy

I'm looking for the soft copy of your book, all of the volumes.

There is no, and there will be no soft copy because of assholes not respecting my work and trying to find pirated copies already. Sorry. Not happening

BTC price is actually discounted now, but the way BTC behaves it could be at half tomorrow.

Have you considered using an e-commerce vendor like FastSpring to take payments? I use them for my s/w, but they'll handle physical goods too. They take a cut of about ~9%, but they'll handle all the payment processing (incl' Paypal, visa/debit cards and cheque, but not Bt I don't think).
