JTool for Windows?

I'm writing a tool that's doing some Mach-O manipulations (reading entitlements, re-signing, adding load commands) for app testing purposes.

I have started implementing it with a bunch of tools (nm, Python, some of my own Java code, and others),
but lately I was thinking - hey, why don't do it all with one (j)tool?

So the answer is - my tool should be working on both Mac and Windows (and in the future Linux as well).

I know you also ship jtool for Linux, and I even got a preview version of Windows with ubuntu bash and used jtool with it :)
But since I can't have my users enable Windows developer mode and install bash...

I was wondering if it is too much to ask to get jtool in exe format.

Wow. That's a first. Let me get on it. Low priority, since I have to set up MSVS or WinDDK for this , but I'll try. Theoretically it shouldn't be hard because I use strict ANSI-C and POSIX. But might need to bridge a syscall or two.
